Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I consulted the doctor online for seasonal flu very early on in my symptoms. After taking the medicines I did recover for the first 2-3 days but started to get the symptoms again after that. I tried to follow up with the doctor for the same with online follow up option. I specifically also asked the doctor if he can come on a video call but he just sent me same messages- to continue with the same medicines. It’s been about 10 days now and my situation has worsened and I am going to consult another doctor.
In my case the doctor was not really helpful and seemed like he did not quite care if his patient’s situation is fine or not. Really unsatisfied.

I was suffering from painful and bleeding piles. Doctor Sandeep Kabra prescribed me an ointment which reduced my swelling in the rectum and also gave me relief from severe burning after stools instantly. He explained the cause and advised me to go for further intervention. He was honest in telling that just medicines are not the solution. I also need to go for further examination. Thanks doctor for making me feel better.
