I chose this doctor because of rather amazing Practo reviews. While there wasn't much to complain with regards to my tooth extraction, **** ******* ** ** **** *** ** **** ** *** ******* ** ****** *** *** ** ****** ** *** ********* *** ** *** ****** ******* While my treatment hadn't been completed, during one of the visit the clinic asked me to share my Practo OTP. And a couple of days later I see that a feedback I never wrote has been posted on Practo without my permission. The clinic follows this questionable practice of taking patients OTP, going into patient's account and posting a false feedback and recommendation on behalf of the customer. Highly questionable integrity!

I visited IVORIES DENTAL CLINIC for my toothache. Dr.Aalap and Dr.Priyanshi has explained my toothache problem and treatment plan very well. I was undergone wisdom tooth removal treatment here. My procedure was undertook with gentle care. Tooth removal procedure was pain free. Again I went there for scaling and the results were awesome. The clinic is very well equipped with modern equipments, spacious, very clean and hygienic. Doctors are kind and intelligent, and the whole staff is very friendly. Highly recommended..!!

Don't go by the reviews of this dentist. So, I looking for a credible dentist over Practo and discovered Alaap Shah, without any second thoughts I just booked it. My appointment was for 2pm and I was there dot on time and doctor wasn't there. I asked the staff when gonna doctor come she said "in another 10-15 minutes" I waited for an hour and then started questioning where is he, should I need to book again or what. Then the staff was like he is in OT at some hospital, Pls come at 4-5pm. I was like are kidding me? The overall experience was very satisfying and responsive. The doctor explained the issue and guided about the treatment and its duration. It just took two 1 hour visit for my dental filling issue. No wait time once I reach the clinic, everything went smoothly as scheduled. The staff and service were very friendly and responsive. Once the treatment was done, the doctor explained me in detail how should I maintain my dental health to have minimum issues in the future.

My problem started during the lockdown. An earlier dentist advised a root canal, but after completing it, the pain actually increased. I was then advised to get an implant. Unfortunately, even after the implant, the pain became worse. Later, I was advised to undergo a second implant for another tooth, but that too failed to resolve the issue. For nearly 4 years, I went through repeated treatments without clear answers or results.
