I arranged consultations with Dr Kedar Upadhyay on three separate occasions and was available at the scheduled time for each online appointment.

Despite this, none of the consultations were conducted. Each time, either the doctor was unavailable or there were recurring connection issues, resulting in the appointments not being honoured.

While I appreciate that doctors can have demanding schedules, repeatedly failing to attend confirmed appointments ******* ********** ** ************* This demonstrates a clear disregard for the patient’s time and commitment.

If the consultations could not be conducted for any reason, the appointments should not have been scheduled in the first place. Making patients wait multiple times ******* *** ******* is not acceptable practice.***** ********** ******** * ****** ************** *********
