From my end there are some necessary improvements required about the online appointments. If a patient is scheduled for a specific slot then this must be maintained by the clinic authorities. There may be a 15 minutes overrun of the scheduled slot for the check up while the doctor is attending the patient prior the slot. Doctor shouldn't overlap the schedule and delay the check up appointment by attending the queue. If it's in there institutional regulation then online booking is totally meaningless and hoax only.
