I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support I’ve received. You create a safe and non-judgmental environment, which makes it much easier to open up about personal challenges. Your ability to listen patiently and offer practical, compassionate guidance has made a meaningful difference in my mother's mental well-being.

I reached out to Dr Supriya Satapathy in early October with the intention of addressing my negative thought patterns, suicidal ideation, and strained relationships within my family. Over the past two and a half months, I have experienced significant and positive changes in my overall well-being. There has been a noticeable improvement in my mood, appetite, and digestion, and I have gradually begun to enjoy even the small moments in life again.

I was in a dark place when I visited this clinic. I almost gave up on treatment as I consulted several doctors and none could heal me or get me out of the darkness I was facing.. I was suffering mentally by many things like depression, addiction, binge eating, ignoring family... As I was focused on my previous relationship that had been a heartbreak. I could not focus on anything except suicide thoughts. Then my mother took me to Supriya ma'am. At first I didn't open up to her, but slowly , her warmth made me open up to her. I shared her all my feelings and thoughts . She guided me to the right path. Ma'am kept on checking on me through texts and messages. Ma'am always was patient and listened to all the things I went through. Ma'am always believed that I will become a better person Everyone around me lost hope that I would recover, but my mom and ma'am didn't give up on me. They tried soo hard to mould me into a fabulous personality . I never believed I would become a better person until I went to this clinic and took counselling. It's okay to not be okay , but it's not okay to refuse help. So if you are mentally unwell, seek help, you are not alone. Finally, I'm forever grateful to ma'am for leading me into a bright future.
