I am the kinds who are always skeptical of diets, as following one has never been my strong suit. So battling the odds, and there being no harm in trying, I connected with her for her weight-loss programme.

It is beyond belief, just managing the right nutrition can work such incredible magic. I have lost over 10kgs in under 3 months, and that is JUST with her diet plan!
