As I approached my mid-30s, my job as a technical marketing professional often kept me on the go, making it difficult to consistently eat healthy homemade meals. Following the dietitian's guidance for 3 months, I successfully reached my weight loss goals and, more importantly, developed healthy eating habits that I can maintain long-term. The dietitian also provided valuable education on portion control, mindful eating practices, and staying hydrated.

Lost 5kg in 1st month - 10kg in 2.5 months!

Ms Swati is a wonderful nutritionist and has a vast knowledge of her work. Her diet plans are extremely easy and do-able.

I am the kinds who are always skeptical of diets, as following one has never been my strong suit. So battling the odds, and there being no harm in trying, I connected with her for her weight-loss programme.

It is beyond belief, just managing the right nutrition can work such incredible magic. I have lost over 10kgs in under 3 months, and that is JUST with her diet plan! With just minor changes to the meals, I started losing weight rather swiftly. Never once did I feel hungry over the day; nor did I feel like forcing myself into eating things I would not want to. Losing weight was definitely why I started consulting with Swatiben but I learned much more than that! I started counselling from Dr Swati for Weight loss and diet counselling since April 2021 when I was 97 kg, I followed her diet plan and exercise advise strictly and in October 2021 I am 76 Kg.
