I have being taking weight loss diet program, since last two months and results are in my favor n it's working on me...I have lost about 6 kgs and that too with no major changes in my routine n lifestyle.

Thinking about diet n dietitian..the first thought comes in mind is that we have to keep starving for food n have to include boring food. But this is not the case with her. Her diet plan is very effective with all the normal day to day foods we consume but she guides how to consume n how much to consume..also she give variety of variations in healthy food options and considering our daily eating habits..best part of my diet is she includes what I like considering healthy combination n options. She also guides for receipes. I am from joint family n working..her diet plans suits to match both my aspects n routine.

It was wonderful experience with Dr Swati Patel. I was diagnosed to be prediabetic . My HbA1c level was high. I was thinking to consult diabetologist and have set my mind to go for medication. After some discussion with my husband and Dr Swati Patel, I started my journey to go from prediabetic to non-diabetic level. She gave me a diet regime which I have to maintain every day, exercise, routine and nutritious recipes . I never felt starved. She taught how to eat right food at the right time with right attitude. By the regular follow-ups and consultation, I am now at non diabetic level . A big thank you to Dr Swati Patel for being such a good dietician and amazing experience.

"I believe you can achieve anything if you work hard enough to get it."

My journey proves that these words are indeed true. With proper dietary guidance from Swati Ma'am along with daily cycling/walks, I've managed to lose 15kgs in 90days(till now) as I continue to be on my path for a healthier life. The diet didn't leave me starving, there aren't any major restrictions on food. It included everything from Idli-Sambhar to Rajma, just had to be consumed the right way and it works miraculously.

Note: My elder sister was keen that if I wish to slim down, I must do it the right way i.e after consulting a dietician, so grateful that she found the right one.

Usually when we hear about or think about diet we think about strict diet, keto diet , restrictions from normal food as well , boiled tasteless vegetables , heavy exercises , and so on . But here I experienced no compromise on taste or normal home food . All I had to do was just control my food habits , cut off carbs and junk food and simply follow the diet and do normal exercise which any person would do to stay fit .

At First I wasn't sure if I should diet or I'll be able to do it or not . But when I met you and you consulted I was relieved that I didn't need to do strict diets . After that every week I had online consultation through video calls so that even in this pandemic the patients wouldn't have to do comprise on basic diet and health. I didn't had any cravings because I wasn't restricted from food .

Your food recommendations , informative recipes , workout suggestions have helped me alot through my entire journey of weight loss .

I have lost 13 kg in 4 months and a great inch loss and I'm feeling more confident than before , feeling positive , feeling energetic and all that is because you guided me so good . You've taught me how to stay fit and how one can maintain their diet. You kept me motivated and I'm so grateful to you for helping me out in this whole process.
