I was suffering with chronic insomnia&Dipression for the last one and half year.First I visited a general medicine doctor. He had given one medicine for Dippression. After using the medicine 6 month there was no change to my disease. I am afraid of remember 2024 Onam, because, the day before Thiruvonam, I was in drunken mood, in the Thiruvonam morning my condition was very pathetic. If I say briefly, fear, zero energy level, no interest to do anything. I thought that my life was ending there. I can't sit any where as single, I stayed beside with my wife every time. more..completely changed my experience with therapy. In just two sessions i feel so comfortable in sharing my issues with him and the post session relaxation is better than any pill, any medicine.
