In the past year and a half, I've probably visited a dozen dentists to fix a bleeding-gums issue which resulted from a faulty Root Canal Treatment done at a "very reputable" dental clinic. I had almost given up on a recovery when I came across Dr. Gins' profile on Practo and Google. Although I was a bit apprehensive about visiting Dr. Gins' clinic solely based on online reviews, I must admit that it was the best decision I made. During my very first visit, Dr. Gins diagnosed what caused my gums to bleed so profusely and reassured me that he'd fully cure it with a few sittings. He completely reworked on my previous RCT (which was a tough ordeal) and gave me a new crown last week (Oh, and the bleeding stopped after the first sitting itself). Although some of my appointments ran into hour-long sessions, Dr. Gins always wore a smile on his face and never lost his cool (the latter quality is very hard to find in this profession these days). I can 100% vouch for Dr. Gins' dedication, efficiency and professionalism. Can't thank him enough for being so understanding and patient with me. And unlike most super-speciality dental clinics in Trivandrum, this is a very affordable one and charge reasonable rates.

I’ve been visiting Dr Gins for various dental issues since 2013/14. The perfection of solution rendered is so good that I don’t have to frequent his clinic!

DrGin is very good in his profession. He listen patently analise the peoblem and solve ur problem in correct manner.He is dedicated to his profession .

I had problemafter having done lmplant&bridg workin another clinic at sasthamangalam where it is kept open till 10 pm and make u wait more than an hour.i had spent more than rs 2lakh for nothing. After spending so much i was unable to use my teeth. Even had problem with Esthetic .Esthetic was totally changed. When i asked him he said nobody can do better than this. If so he would return rs 1 lakh.

Finaly one of my friend recommended Dr Gin saying he can do mirracle . Though i had lost all my hope finaly decided to have another trial and approached Dr Gin who had very positive approach. I have been visiting Dr Gins Paul's Dental Designs since 2019 as I have multiple fillings on my teeth. I recently visited Dental Design's with an enquiry of dental veneer. I have been worried about teeth yellowing for really long, the discolouration having become even more serious recently. Having tried teeth whitening the effect of which has been really short term, I had been looking for a long term solution for teeth yellowing. Dr Gins Paul responded positively, answered all my questions patiently and proposed a treatment plan for myself. I was impressed and convinced by his explanation and decided to start Dental Veneer Treatment. The treatment needed several appointments, some of them being really long. All the appointments were fixed according to my convenience, without affecting my work hours by the front office staff Mrs Preetha. Dental Designs has a welcoming atmosphere, the front office staff , the team of doctors and the supporting staff being very friendly and helpful. Dr Gins Paul has been so friendly, kind and compassionate throughout the course of treatment that he has helped me overcome my apprehensions regarding Dental veneer treatment, putting my tensed self to ease. He had been attending all my phone calls during the due course of treatment in between his busy schedule, patiently answering all my queries. I am very much impressed by his dedication and professionalism he has shown during the treatment. Finally it was the veneer fixing day and I must say that I was extremely happy to see my beautiful smile and pleasantly surprised to see the kind of transformation that I have attained from my original self. Dr Gins is a very pleasant person and puts you at ease straightaway. I went in for getting my Gums treated, and their Gums specialist Dr Arunima made me feel completely relaxed throughout the procedure, clarifying all my concerns. Super efficient team and a very welcoming Dental centre, at a very convenient location. Definitely recommended if you're the type who prefer calm quiet places with a warm energy. Super clean, with air conditioning that actually works ...which is most unusual for Trivandrum :) Added plus is some pipe music that soothes you during your visits.

The doctor was very clear and punctual, with no waiting time. The consultation felt like good value for money, and the overall experience including the doctor's consultation, clinic hygiene, and staff behavior was very appreciable.

Had a pleasant experience all through the 10 days of treatment. I was visiting a dentist after 20yrs and naturally had lots of repairs to be done.. I had two extractions, one root canal and many many fillings. Never thought all this could be done in ten days as i had a tight schedule. Be it Dr.Gins or Dr. Sumesh or the two lady dentists or any of the support staff, they all make sure that you are comfortable. I personally felt the cost of treatment was reasonable considering the work they had to do on me.I never had to wait more than 10 mins which by itself shows that they value clients time too.

My partner Alex visited Dr. Gins Paul to treat what seemed to be a broken tooth filling. Dr. Paul is very friendly and he took time to examine and explain the pros of cons of his suggested treatment. He also suggested that as we are on a short trip to Trivandrum, it is better for us to return to our residential town and get the procedure done without any glitches. He even helpfully suggested trusted dentists in our town. Even though we weren't getting the procedure done by him, he patiently responded to all our queries. Very professional and patient-friendly, output-oriented and not profit-oriented. Rare to find such doctors these days!

It has been one of those enriching experiences where in I had my heart in my mouth when heard what is going to happen from a procedural stand point..But what stood out was the friendliness of the Doctor who explained the granular details in length and also was open for any questions without any made up attitude..

They made the whole process appear so simple and what stood out was their readiness to connect and also readily offer support which was evident each time I tried to connect with them post extraction..

This professionalism and their conscious endeavour to reach out to their patients make them stand apart from the rest of the contemporary dental clinics I have visited till date..
