Very bad service. After starting treatment they never give appointments for remaining treatments. Everytime when we call for next appointment, they just answer "will call back". But they never call back. Our treatment will halt at the middle. And they dont give refund and we cannot go for another dental clinic for remaining treatment.
They are yet to comprehend the meaning of "appointment" and still follows the first come first serve model, means nevertheless you have an appointment and you are on time, you have to wait atleast an hour if the clinic is crowded
