Starting with the receptionist.. great job..hats off ..this must be the way..and u people are really good in it. A pleasant face and empathy filled behaviour from the receptionist assures the patient 's problem. And when coming to the Dr's part...Dr Unnikrishnan sir is a gem. Soft spoken,good behaviour and he explains everything to each and every patient. Waiting period is very minimum due to punctuality of doctors. My orthodontist is my hero. From the scaling,filling and to the complex procedure of bracing..he is so dedicated to his work. Quality work needs time..so be ready to spend ur valuable time. No shortcuts. I been visiting PR clinic since 16 years plus .I would never want to visit another clinic for any reason and my visits in other clinics in the past due to out of trivandrum stays cannot be compared with this.Dr Harikrishnan and other doctors here explains the condition method and procedures well .That keeps the treatment transparent.The multi tasked knowldegeble manager explains everything as good as a doctor and all staffs are friendly and caring.I recommend this clinic as they really care for the patient .
