The doctor arrived on time, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed with the consultation experience.

I felt that the doctor appeared to be in a hurry. As I was still settling down, he asked me several questions consecutively ******* ****** ** ********** **** ** ******* ** ******** ** ******* ******* ********* He then asked me to lie down for a physical examination, conducted the examination, and prescribed some medicines and creams.**************** * *** *** **** **** * *** ***** ** ******** *********** ** ***** ** ******* ** ******** ** ******* I believe that listening carefully to a patient’s history and concerns is an essential part of a medical consultation.

I was therefore dissatisfied with the overall consultation and feel that the consultation fee was not justified by the level of communication and attention I received. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as patients should feel heard, understood, and given sufficient time to explain their concerns.

I consulted Dr. Archana Sylendran on 13th May, 2026 when I had a third bout of vertigo within a span of 6 months. She patiently heard me how it all started and what did I do. When told that I was doing an exercise based on a doctor’ advice, she asked me not to do that alone, but only with the active help of an ENT specialist. I had 3-4 such sessions with her, and I am now fully recovered with no such recurrence.

I would highly recommend Dr. Archana Sylendran for all who are suffering from Vertigo

When I entered the OPD room, there was another junior doctor/RMO with Dr. Arulvanan.

Despite telling them that I have no constipation problems, they prescribed me a laxative.

Either their inspection technique, or the laxative has caused my injury to increase.

Before I visited the doctor my swelling has reduced and almost down to zero, but after the visit and their inspection and taking laxatives, my swelling and pain has increased.

Dr. Sukriti Mishra conducted the examination very carefully and professionally, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment was pleasant and systematic. I had a very good experience.

I have been regularly visiting the doctor for follow-ups every three months after my surgery. The doctor has advised me to continue my medication, and I have no issues with the treatment. Overall, my experience with the doctor has been consistent and satisfactory.

The doctor explained everything clearly and conducted a thorough check-up. The equipment used was advanced, and overall, the experience was very good despite a slightly longer waiting time. I would rate the experience a five and would recommend Dr. Archana S.

My experience with Dr. Chaitanya Vemu was nice and he explained everything clearly. However, I had a very clumsy experience with the hospital staff during my brother-in-law's discharge, which was delayed ************* despite the doctor's prior instructions.

My experience with Dr. Rashmi Barve was good and she explained everything properly. I would rate the visit as four out of five and have no complaints about the clinic or staff.
