Doc is so experienced in what he does it’s unbelievable! I came from a botched surgery and doc took me very seriously. Showed me in 3d what needs to be done, my procedure was done within 20 mins, even post reaching home support was quite good, took his time to talk and understand was no rush at all. Dr Nisarg Shah turned out to be a godly figure to get me out of the pain I was going through due to the dentigerous cyst. He focused and treated me with painless treatment with constant personalised inspection. I would highly recommend Dr. Nisarg Shah to all going through any dental issues whether minor or major. I visited Dr. For pain in wisdom tooth. Doctor adviced me for extraction of tooth. He is so skill ful that extraction went so well and procedure was less pain ful. Immediately Dr verified complete extraction by xray.

Very best part is all facilities are In house so you don't have to go for xray and CT SCAN. also all machines are so advanced that extraction procedures are less painful.

DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS: 10/10

I was very impressed by Dr. Nisarg Shah and Dr. Rituja Shah's diagnosis done by CT scan a few days back and the assessment and the proposal they presented for my dental care.

I live in Toronto. I have done all kinds of X-rays and those X-rays did not identify what both Dr. Nisar Shah and Dr. Rituja identified. We think only a crying baby needs milk, Or only the aching tooth needs fixing. I came to implant work but then I saw through this consulting visit I need to fix a root canal work done 15 plus years back, everything has a shelf life. That was the tipping point of my 10/10 score impression of Dr. Nisar Shah. Let me validate by saying this consulting told me that it is not the sophisticated equipment that does the diagnosis but it is the expertise of the surgeon behind the medical diagnostic equipment that gives the patient total insight and treatment advice.

COST OF TREATMENT: A STEAL

Those of us who have roots in Mumbai/India and have immigrated elsewhere will know the huge difference in the cost of any dental treatment in any international country. For me, I had a serious need to fix a few implants and some root canal work that had done its shelf life. and I was postponing it due to the cost The cost of treatment at Dr. NIsarg Shah's is a steal and it is worth a few trips from Toronto and yet a big save for my hard-earned $. I hence opted for doing my upper molar extractions and implants and lower molar extraction implants and front incisor root canal curative work at Dr. Shah's clinic. Besides the cost, the mannerisms of Dr. Nisarg Shah and Dr. Rituja Shah and their soft-spoken interaction without rush was other comforting factor to opt for this dental clinic.

TIMELINESS:

The wait time to meet Dr. Shah was under 15minutes. The dates and times for future treatments are all plotted and mutually agreed to convenience both Dr & patient. The staff is professional. Never judge a book by the cover.

I have seen many high-tech dental offices in North America that actually are built from high billing. I felt that Dr. Shah's dental clinic is built with a good heart for care, and respect for the patient's needs.

QUALITY OF TREATMENT:

The extraction was actually done like plucking a ripe fruit off a tree. Really painless and without any drama of impressing the patient. It is a golden touch of the years of quality experience of a good surgeon in Dr. Nisar Shah that I experienced. If I do not share this story I would be failing in my very core human value. I am grateful for the wisdom, expertise, and workmanship I experienced.

I had severe tooth pain which was bothering ear and my hand was also getting numb at times. I visited Dr. Nisarg Shah , with his immense experience he understood the pain i was going through and suggested to get a scan done. Within 5 minutes scan was done in-house , i was amazed to see the 3D view . Dr. Shah explained every minute details alongwith both pro-cons of having wisdom tooth removed or keeping it as it is.

I opted for tooth removal as i found it as the right option . I was explained about the procedure and few tests were recommended .

My tooth removal procedure lasted by 20 minutes flat , though it was tough one and exposed to nerve. It was absolutely painless during and after procedure. I'm very much satisfied that i made a right decision by choosing experienced hands of Dr. Shah. Feeling fitter and finer with zero botheration .

I had a very severe wisdom tooth pain which was unbearable and also I am 7 month pregnant mother. I came across Dr. Nisarg Shah on practo while searching for best dentist. So after consulting him, I was advised with 2 options left either to wait for 4 more months or to get the tooth removed now. Dr. Nisarg Shah spoke to my gynecologist and explained the situation how bad the tooth was and how much pain I was going through, she also gave a consent to goahead for the procedure. After that My gynecologist had put me on some medication before performing tooth removal. Dr. Nisarg Shah did 3D Scan of my teeth on the day of my consultation in his own clinic which is equipped with high tech machine to see how deep the wisdom tooth is. While doing the scan, I was given protective shield to cover my tummy to protect the baby from radiations with help of 2 lovely nurses.

My scan was successful and my procedure was going to take place after 2 days till then I was on pregnnacy safe antibiotics /pain killer MOX and Dolo 650. This was the 1st time Dr. nisarg Shah was going to perform the tooth removal procedure in his clinic for pregnant lady otherwise in such situations he performs the procedure in presence of gynecologist in the centre where the delivery of the patient is registered. So on the day of procedure, I was given local anaesthesia and he told me to remain calm and relax and in just 15 mins my wisdom tooth was out successfully with less efforts without any stitches. And next day I was all fine to eat like before and the pain was vanished completely. Thanks to Dr. Nisarg Shah and team for their great work. I felt I was in right hands during this time of my period and was treated by much experienced doctor.

5+ Rating. Dr. Nisarg Shah ** ********* ************* *** has immense experience. He knows exactly what the problem is and what should the solution be unlike other dentists who only know half the picture. Allow me to share my experience.

I study in the US and had extreme pain in one of my wisdom teeth. I was suggested a 3D scan for better examination and ultimately tooth extraction. Due to high medical costs I had to come to India and was suggested Dr. Nisarg Shah by one of my relative. In his clinic, on the first day, I was made to undergo a CT scan and within 5 minutes he was able to demonstrate a 3D view where he explained what was going on, what should be done and whether there were any complications.

I was advised to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth as I had to go back abroad and had only 3 weeks. He was 99% confident that in my case there were no risks in removing all 4 teeth in one go under general anesthesia and gave us time to decide.

After considering a lot of factors I decided to move forward. Within a day, he booked a surgical room and anesthetic surgeon. I was advised to have 12 hours of fasting before the surgery. Rather terrified, my surgery was successful and complete in about 45 mins. He guided post surgery precautions very well and prescribed medications for pain relief.

Now its the 5th day post surgery and I am doing extremely well. I've had 2 checkups in these 5 days and my stitches will be removed soon.

Summary: I am extremely happy with his treatment and with the overall confidence he had. I will strongly recommend that you consult him if you have any dental discomfort in life by you or your loved ones.

PS: I was not the only one he treated perfectly. Couple of months ago my aunt and uncle both had some complicated dental issues and both of them are happy with his treatment too.

Dr. Rutu is awesome and Dr. Nisarg is an absolute Star! They were so nice and great and made me so comfortable. I had my wisdom tooth removed. I had periodontitis (They explained that and I got a dental 101) and they explained every treatment that could be done and asked me to decide but gave their recommendation as well. I decided getting it removed and I had a blast! I had a bad and scary experience before when I had gotten one other wisdom tooth removed but they put all my worries to rest. They were so warm and patient about my worries ☺️. I actually had fun because of they way dr. Nisarg was talking during the extraction. He was absolutely calming. They made me realise visit to a dentist doesn't has to be something to worry about.

They were also thoughtful enough to give me reminder mail and confirmation call before my appointment and gave me post Operative instructions that I could take with me.

I have had very bad experiences with multiple dentists who, from doing a shoddy job on my teeth, to being medically negligent, to misguiding and misinforming me, have done all of it. A ten year long such horror experience with dentists who, mind you, on paper are superbly qualified for the work they do, leaves one with a trauma so deep it makes trusting any new dentist nearly impossible. All of this led to 12 terribly decayed teeth in my mouth at the mere age of 20 in spite of doing all of my biannual routine check ups. I ended up at Dr. Shah's clinic upon a friend's suggestion. From doing a very thorough all-round check up of my mouth to sketching a strategy to fix not just each tooth, but fix everything being mindful of the mouth as a whole organ and treating it as such. I was assured that Dr. Shah and his team were not just professionals who were treating me in exchange for the money I paid, but they actually cared about my health and worked towards finding solution for my problems whilst also accounting for the future problems that could erupt. A-solution-with-precaution was their approach to my treatment. From explaining me every detail of the procedure they suggested me, to explaining it all to me again and again till I understood all of it, Dr. Shah and his fabulous team have always been absolutely friendly and co-operative every step of the way. From making you feel comfortable before the treatment, to respecting your vulnerable headspace as you lay on that chair undergoing a scary bone drilling surgery, they compassionately calm you, support you and encourage you through the procedure; not the forget the cheers and praises they shower you with at the end of the surgery. I have been working with Dr. Shah and his team for a year now and I can definitely vouch for the quality of their work, the hygiene and sanitation of the space and its equipment, and the delightfully polite wonderful staff that takes care of you from the appointment booking, to assisting in the procedures, to the payment desk and bidding you a good day.
