As I was suffering from vomitting and as my parameters of liver function test were very high we consulted Dr Hemant Patil. After examination doc adviced me USG of abdomen. In USG I was diagnosed with multiple gall bladder calculi and left ovarian complex cyst.

Then again we consulted Dr Hemant.Doc gave us all the options of treatment.Finally we decided to do surgery on 26th April.As I m a diabetic and hyperthyroid patient I was worried and nervous about surgery. Doc gave me correct dose of diabetes and hyperthyroid medicine and everything went smoothly. Dr Hemant performed my gall bladder removal surgery along with left ovary and cyst nd one more cyst from right ovary was removed very safely nd successfully nd that too without any complications.Dr Hemant is ********* ************* *** skilled surgeon.

We have visited for Pilonidal Sinus which was little complicated than others. Since Family doctor suggested need to go for surgery , initially we have had it with other doctor but somehow it again got reoccurred in one month . Then we started gathering information about the disease and then we found that this is non-threatening but very tricky one. After lots of reading and found different procedure to treat then we started searching for doctors who has operated previously on Pilonidal Sinus. Finally we decided to visit Dr Hemant Patil .

On first visit he has explained us everything in details with different method to treat the pilonidal sinus and status of the current one. There was no hurry for operation. For first 1 months doctor has tried with antibiotics, then asked to wait for some more time to heal from inside. Then later we took our own time to observe for couple of months to get it heal and finally decided to go for surgery one more time.

A pilonidal sinus is a small cyst in the cleft and below the tail bone. The cyst may contain fluid or pus. It generally contains hair, and debris. Due to this cyst, you can experience pain. It mostly affects people with a sitting job, obesity and thick, stiff body hair. It’s symptoms are- pain when sitting, swelling & red skin around the infected area. But for us there was no pain but there was small opening from the place of incision which used to get closed but often gets open at the interval of 3-4 weeks.

Just to brief about doctor and hospital staff , we had several visit during this period , always found punctuality of Doctor. He was pretty confident about his doings and procedures which made us satisfied and it consoled our mind. We had got a chance to speak with many patients which was operated their and always got good feedback and then finally we decided to go for surgery .

Month back we have operated pilonidal sinus. After that every 3 days we had a dressing procedure for 1 and half month and doctor used to personally take care of healing of wound , improvement of the wound till it got completely healed. Suggestions for taking care of wound at home .It was really a sigh of relief for our family that the operation was successfully done by the doctor and his team in timely manner. I must say thanks to staff member, nurses who are very co-operative and helpful.

we had rushed to Dr. Patil after experiencing severe pains and when the CT scan showed a ruptured appendix. He explained the situation to us clearly and calmed us down. He ensured that Fortis was briefed about my admission so we had a seamless admission process. While I understand that my situation was complicated due to the perforation and related infection he proceeded with a laparoscopic surgery instead of an open surgery. This enabled me to recover faster and have minimal discomfort post surgery. He and his juniors checked in on me and I was out of the hospital and well on my way to swift recovery in 3 days. Even post discharge Dr. Patil was available for our queries.

He diagonsed the disease correctly and explained us thoroughly about the disease (ovarian complex cyst with collection of fluid) and need of a surgery for the same.
