My 9-month-old daughter had a fever of 104 degrees, and when we called for urgent guidance, the assistant not only refused to connect us to the doctor but also failed to give clear instructions. We were shuffled around with promises of appointments that kept changing, all while my daughter's health was deteriorating.Despite rushing through heavy rain to the clinic, we were told upon arrival that the doctor had already left. The assistant reluctantly called the doctor back, who begrudgingly agreed to return after 9 pm. By then, my daughter's fever was worsening due to the cold environment, so we made the difficult decision to return home without seeing the doctor.What shocked us most was that even after this ordeal, the doctor never bothered to check in with us, not even a phone call. **** ***** ********** ***** ** * ************ ******** *** * ******* ********* *** ******* *****I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this experience *** ***** ******** ****** ******* ******** **** ****** ** ****** **** ******** *******

Dr. Pooja treats her patients with total empathy and makes the child very comfortable by giving a nice, human touch. Excellent work !! I went for the first time only because Tots and Teens was the only clinic open at that point in time, but now I have become a patron for a life time.

Our little 7months old facing cold and cough & we were very tense. Dr Pooja with her experience prescribed quality medication and within a week she was fine. Dr Pooja Sharma is very friendly and will give every parents the comfort they need in case of child care. She will give complete attention & enough time to explain things and also listen to all the concerns. I being a mother of newborn had a lot of queries & apprehensions which were addressed very smoothly during my first visit. The positive reviews shared by all the parents are true to every word. As a first parent it was very difficult for us to see our child in so much pain. Irrespective of being told about the Colic problem we still wanted to go for second opinion for more clarity. So we searched on Practo n found Dr.Pooja, glad that we selected her. She understood our problems as first time parents very well n explained everything very nicely.She was very friendly and compassionate. She really motivated us in all possible way. Doctor thoroughly examined our baby and explained us in detail how cold problem was affecting her. Very professional and most importantly calmed us down by explaining us everything how we should check if baby is having any issue. Very much happy with the treatment.

After speaking with the doctor half of my problems were gone and she not only prescribed what was to be done, she also gave me the confidence that my daughter will be recovered within a day or two.

Dr Pooja Sharma has been excellent for us, we saw her twice in a span of 10 days, first for general growth evaluation of our boy and then when he had issues with vomiting & diarrhea.
