Pathetic experience. Dr was rude *** ******* *** ************

My 5yrs old son fall while playing at home and He cried when he fall (like every child cry). Later his hand was paining. We did nothing except apply idex balm at paining portion. I thought pain will remain there till next 7-8 days. But his pain was remain thr for around 15 days. I tried some basic exercises (hand fold, hand up-down etc.) and asked him to do some basic work also with that hand, he did it without any extra pain. Entire day he was okay, but in the evening he complaints that his hand is paining. So I tried to twist his hand slowly then he said Its paining.

I thought better to consult with doctor. I found this dr with online reviews and visted there after 15-20 days of incident.

Doctors opinion:

Dr: He said your son's hand is factured.

Me: But doctor he is not even crying on single day except at the movement when he fall.

Further, before going to consult, I made a video in which my son is pulling rassi (rope) of onion chopper, he was pulling that rope perfectly and chopped onions. I shown that video too.

2) Doctor said on the same that I am telling you that 'your son had facture in his hand', I am having this much of years experience in this field etc etc., better to go for X-ray.

And Not listening even single word and talking very rudely.

Me: Without saying anything (after all, I trusted him) and I done the X-ray at his clinic only.

X-ray report said: No any fracture noted. Everything was normal.

Then doctor said: luckily there is no any fracture, I am suggesting some medicines and visit again after a week.

How can I visit again?***** * **** ******* **** **** ** **********

I was visited Dr. Sachin Kulkarni at Kalwa clinic for back pain since 4 months. Dr. Sachin sir is really humble and caring.(1) His friendly nature (2) cure patients half pain without medication. He checked patient history first (3) and possibilities or cause of pain, then start treatment by him.My uncle is getting cancer treatment. He feel relief in first dose of medicines given by doctor. Gave answers all queries (4) asked by us. Medical professionals must be like him. Doctor is down to earth. I recommend him. He is also practicing in Lions Club medical centre, Khopat, Thane.

Overall a very good experience. Very friendly approach which keeps patient at ease. Keep up the good work.

Doctor explained problem well. Got the xray done immediately to ascertain nothing is serious. Advised on next steps for complete cure. Highly recommended
