My story of Gynacomastia
Very common tough very embarrassing condition.
However reading this and suffering this problem please go through the below points.
1. Gynacomastia is an enlargement of glands and it's a myth that gynacomastia can be cured with exercise (no exercise can reduce the gland size it can only burn fat).
2. Talking about the surgery experience, first 2 days are bit painful but pain reduces with 7 days and everything will become easy.
