I am taking treatment for my mother's arthritis from the doctor. The doctor has been very understanding in the treatment. My mother's arthritis, which had been bothering her for last three to four years, is now getting better after two months of treatment from the doctor.

One thing that bothered me a lot was that they didn't have much medicines that time, they said we will courier it to you. I have been taking Follow Up for the past month, but I haven't received the remaining medicine.

I told their executive three to four times that I wanted to talk to the doctor but he didn't get in touch. I always got answers like this - U will get the courier tomorrow, the courier office was closed, the address was not found, POD details will share etc.

Madam, pl look at billing and staff services.

Dr Rekha is truly a very intelligent and friendly doctor. She keeps you so relaxed and listens patiently to all our queries and gives good advice. I spent almost an hour but did not realize how fast the time passed. One can go on and on listening to her advice. She should be definitely recommended to friends and family. God bless her!

The consultation is fair enough but thy do not give any idea how much thy will charge for the medicine. Total cost goes beyond expectations. The first fees go till 4700. Thy make it compulsory to start their membership this I hve not seen in any clinic. My experience was too bad. I will not suggest anyone to visit this clinic.

Dr. Rekha Rai is very patient and calm while listening to concerns. After her treatment, my son's need for antibiotics and frequency of severe cold have significantly reduced, and his nighttime nose blockages have also improved. Though he’s not fully recovered, there’s been a vast improvement.
