From being apprehensive about visiting a dentist in thane since I’ve only just moved here, to being confident enough not only to getting my dental cleaning done but also opting for whitening and veneers back to back …. This itself speaks volumes for the professionalism and amazing attitude and holistic approach Dr. Arpita, Dr. Vinay and the entire team at Dr. Rai’s Dental Avenue have!

The office is clean, hygienic and they run on time. I’ve hardly sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes, and am always in and out seamlessly on schedule.

At my 1st appointment when I enquired about veneers (something I had been casually thinking about ) Dr. Vinay patiently talked me through the process, shared costs with me, but did not put any pressure on me to do this procedure, this I really appreciated ( never seen this in a dentist before… totally commendable ) Dr. Arpita “The SMILE Specialist” meticulously explained and listened tentatively to my concerns, and worked diligently, laser focused on giving me the smile that I had lost due to my love for hard candy ; )

If you’re looking for the best dentist this side of town, don't bother wasting your time calling around just visit Dr. Rai’s Dental Avenue and your mind will be at ease. This I can assure you !!!

I had a root canal treatment (RCT), along with a couple of tooth fillings, done at Dr. Rai’s Dental Avenue. The experience was very good and the processes were painless. Dr. Vinay Rai is a not only a true professional, but is also very patient and friendly. My tooth was taking time to respond to the local anesthetic, but Dr. Rai was extremely patient and assured me that he will not proceed unless I told him that I felt no sensitivity/pain in the tooth. This was not only very assuring and calming but was also critical in my continuing with any dental treatment. My earlier experience with another dentist was so bad that I had developed a morbid fear of dental procedures. In fact, because of this fear, I had delayed the treatment, which actually worsened the condition of the teeth. If you are like me, who because of an earlier bad experience or for whatever reason, has a morbid fear of dental procedures, let me tell you that RCT and teeth filling processes are practically painless and one should not delay these treatments. All you need is a fine dentist like Dr Vinay Rai. I strongly recommend Dr Vinay Rai.

Got a very logical and transparent diagnosis during the 1st visit. The best impression was appointment time - dot on time.

On the tooth extraction day also timelines were respected. I was made to feel relaxed before ..during..and after the process. Honestly, I was scared as I had seen Wisdom tooth extraction on youtube...but this clinic and the doctor made iy look like a normal tooth extraction.

Would recommend to all those who like timely appointments and who are scared of dentists...:).

If you are looking for a good and trusted dental doctor, I believe this is the place! Frankly I have always been scared of visiting a dentist due to the pain suffered during dental treatments. I have always been skeptical and careful when undergoing any medical treatments, but the explanation and comfort provided by Dr Vinay is very good! Very professional and well run clinic with all safety precautions taken especially needed due to COVID now. A very good and friendly staff! Tooth extraction surprisingly was pain-less and helped reduce my fear of undergoing dental treatments. Definitely would recommend anyone visiting Dr Vinay Rai for your dental work. Kudos to the whole team there!

I have been to a dentist three times before this and I can safely say that this is my best experience so far.

Vinay and Arpita will explain the whole treatment properly and give proper advise as to what would be better for you in the long run. I never felt something was being done unnecessarily which many doctors these days do.

The best part is how they manage appointments. The most irritating part at all the dentists I have visited before, for my own treatment or with a family member, is the waiting part because treatments can prolong , but the way these guys manage appointments is too good. I did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes even once during my two and half months’ treatment. They respect your time immensely.

More power to these young Doctors

It was 18th of September 2020, after suffering for more than 10 days of severe pain finally my son and husband found this clinic and we were lucky enough to get the appointment on the same evening.Suffering in that pain l could only remember the Doctor's smiling and comforting face assuring me that l was in safe hands. Though he had a packed schedule, he asked us to wait for some time and started the treatment same day because he knew the pain won't stop unless the needful was done ASAP. After the treatment the pain reduced by 90%, rest of it reduced later, and that night I could get some sleep, after so many sleepless nights.

In the next meeting I realized that it was a well maintained clinic with all the latest technology and with a very kind and caring staff.Be it a follow up call or any query to the Doctor regarding the treatment, I would say they are The best Dental care solution for any kind of Dental treatment, 10/10 indeed!

I recall one appointment where the crown for the implant was improperly measured/molded by the manufacturer. They didn't compromise on the procedure and ordered a fresh crown. Such dedication to one's profession is seldom seen, therefore highly admirable.

The facilities are state-of-the-art. The fee for all treatments is very reasonable. They maintain a very friendly demeanor throughout which is always a bonus. I recommend them to anyone looking for dental treatment.

My son took dental treatment here and he suggested me to consult Dr. Rai .He took appointment for me. I observed here a very systematic pen work in detail about the health history of the patient. Now I am taking the root canal treatment from Dr. Rai. He is very soft spoken and soft hand ed 😊👍 doctor, I mean the treatment is painless. Really he is well experienced doctore. Just in two sitting I realized his expertised skill. Still I have to take a long treatment.Hope Dr. Rai will solve my all dental problems. Thank you doctor!

Going to the dentist is a very big and frightening task to me but then when I visited Dr. Vinay for the first time I was assured that all my teeth issues will be fixed. Foremost thing to notice is the hygiene, the cooperative staff and excellent doctors (Dr Vinay and Dr. Arpita). I got my Root Canal done in 1 sitting, almost painless and perfectly addressed. Then was the teeth measurement for the cap fitting, again painless and perfect measurement cap fitted. Finally got the teeth cleaning and polishing done. Very happy with the overall experience at Dr. Rai's Dental Avenue.

Dr.Vinay is very friendly and patients tensions r relieved after consultation bcs Dr.Vinay is very transparent in explaining the treatment he would start. His clinic is very neat and clean and have all modern machineries in good condition. Appointments r fixed according to slots of treatment hence patients have not to wait for long. On the day of appointment SMS is rec'd and phone call from the receptionist. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
