He is also compassionate, he hears you out, understands your worries and calms you down and explains all the possible causes of distress, his diagnoses and the medication/ course of action. My entire family right from my younger sibling to grandmother has consulted him for treatment and he's guided us really well during the lockdown to get cataract surgery done (7 minute painless procedure). He explained all lens options to us and gave us the freedom to decide what's the best course of action by pointing out all the pros and cons, and also actively helped us with the insurance process and kept a check on the patient periodically. Dr Negalur was always available on call and whatsapp and him and his team guided us really well even during lockdown with preoperative formalities and tests, insurance formalities etc. The support staff, nurses and receptionists are very well behaved and friendly and professional, overall, we had a very smooth journey right from our first consultation to the recovery, with proper medical advice and medications.
