thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your visit to the clinic .we are truly sorry to hear that you didn't experience the improvement you were hoping . we remain committed to providing attentive and personalized care to help our patients achieve the best possible outcomes. acne and skin concerns requires ongoing evaluation and different approaches as every individual response varies .in some cases it takes time to cure the underline cause like hormonal disturbance .and require proper follow up and medication in your case asper the records patient has not given follow up regularly first visited on 25 dec paid 2400 Rs (inclusive of consultation and medicine charge for 1 month) after that patient has second visit on 11 january & paid 600 Rs (inclusive of consultation &medicine ). after that there was no follow up by the patient in february month and then after a gap of more then 1 month patient again visited on 8th march and paid 2400 Rs (inclusive of consultation & medicine ). total paid 5400 Rs in 3 months . above the charges mentioned by you is incorrect. we would value the opportunity to discuss your experience further in private and explore how we might support you moving forward .please feel free to call our clinic to schedule a follow up conversation .
