From our very first consultation, Dr. Sawant impressed us with her calm, reassuring presence and deep understanding of my medical history. This pregnancy came much later in life and with it came added concerns due to my high blood pressure and thyroid issues and with conditions like high blood pressure and thyroid to manage, I was understandably anxious. But she explained every step, every stage of the journey with such clarity and care, it truly made the entire experience feel manageable.
It is often said that a good doctor can cure half your problems simply by the way they speak and Dr. Sawant is the perfect example of that. Her compassionate approach, her attention to detail, and the way she listened and responded to all my concerns gave me immense confidence and peace of mind throughout the pregnancy.

As a female, finding a good Gynaec is such a tedious ‘trial n error’ experience for almost every woman I have known. However, my search ended when I met Dr Vinaya Sawant!

I have been consulting Dr Vinaya Sawant from last 3-4 years for my yearly checkup. From her guidance and help, I conceived naturally last year and delivered a healthy Baby boy just recently. Dr Vinaya Sawant has been such a ***** support and guiding light right from the day 1.

Unlike other senior/busy Gynaecs, she has always been very patient, empathetic and always given me positive yet realistic guidance. She listens to her patients and their concerns very well, tries to give them reasoning for their concerns and all with a sweet smile and gentle positivity.
She has always been available for any(literally any) of my doubts or concerns I had throughout my pregnancy. This helped me relax and not get worried during my Pregnancy.
During my last trimesters, Dr started preparing me for the D-day(DeliveryDay) by sharing what to expect and what to do in which cases. This helped avoid panic situations for me n my husband.
Dr Vinaya was the one who helped me deliver my Baby smoothly and ensured me n my Baby were well taken care of while we were in the Hospital. Infact she would check on me n my baby after delivery discharge too.

I started seeing Dr Kavita from the 15th week of my pregnancy (as soon as the gynaec gave me a go ahead) and I have been taking fitness sessions with her through my pregnancy and postnatal. Through a individualised combination of pilates, resistance exercises and yoga, she helped me build core, upper back, lower back, pelvic and lower body strength and flexibility... all of which helped me a lot to carry my changing body well without any aches and pains (symptoms normally associated with a pregnancy). She also worked with me on labour and delivery breathing and exercises during the last month, all of which prepared me well. Her friendly demeanour, her ************ *** experienced hands and her ability to keep you motivated without being pushy are highly valuable skills one looks for in a physiotherapist.
