First time I visited Dr. Aptikar in Jan'20 as we were planning to start a family and dint want to kill time. On complete check up we got to know I had mild pcod. Immediately ma'am put me on required medication and there were certain dietary restrictions like no tangy food, avoiding street food, no junk, etc. which I diligently followed.

Immediately in my next cycle I conceived but it was a biochemical pregnancy which naturally got aborted. But this immediate conception atleast proved her medicines were working for me. After a month my panchakarma procedure began.

You need a lot of patience when it comes to ayurveda plus her medicines are very very expensive(3-5k/month), so do not compare it with the allopathic procedures/expenses.

In between, I got infected with covid and recovered immediately, thanks to her effective medicines again, as my tiredness quickly vanished in a month.

My panchakarma basti and uttar basti process ended by June-July'20. I conceived again in July, but due to my smaller follicle size I had to undergo the procedure of abortion by end of second month. It was very disturbing at this point but atleast things had started moving ahead.

After my last follicular check up only when the egg size was perfect and also my mild pcod had vanished, we decided to go ahead and this time I had successfully conceived in December :) It took almost a year of patience, a year of medicines, panchakarma, food restrictions, meditation, yoga and other natural remedies which ma'am suggested.

Dr. Pradnya has also been very supportive morally throughout this phase. She gives good amount of time to each and every patient. Sometimes the waiting time at the clinic is a lot but you have to deal with it. Maybe you should avoid Saturdays due to rush. Best part is she remembered everything about me without opening her file, that feeling always made me very comfortable.

In case of urgency, you can directly call her for help or can email her your queries. She generally responds in 4-5 hours.

I have bothered her with a lot of emails and phonecalls but ma'am has always responded patiently. She has addressed my skin issues as well. Her diagnosis is simply perfect.

Overall the staff here is well trained. I have always had good experience with her staff members Sonali and Pranali. Incase you face any issues, let Dr.Pradnya know about it and she will make sure to address it properly. Her assistant doctors Dr. Priya and Dr. Seema are also approachable incase of other queries.

My overall experience at Arya clinic has been great. I will surely recommend visiting the clinic.👍

Doctor is very friendly in terms of treating and talking with the patient. Charges aren't that high. Good atmosphere at the clinic.

Dr. has great knowledge about roots of disease and provides simple remedies. She always pin Points and provides with accurate cause of problem. She also gives strategies on how to plan and cure disease from root.
