What is this test?
Genomepatri Fit is the ultimate tool for an athlete – aspiring or a world champion. This test studies the genome for sports and athletic performance related traits such as muscle mass, strength, recovery, oxygen intake, body composition, metabolism etc. Genetic level information about these traits could help you target your training and diet in the right direction and ensure maximal output.

Test Preparation
Inform your doctor if you are on any medications, have any allergies or underlying medical conditions before your Genomepatri - Fit. Your doctor will give specific instructions depending on your condition on how to prepare for Genomepatri - Fit.
Sample Type: SALIVA
Step 1 : Place Sponge comfortably in mouth and rub lower gums 10 times back and forth.
Step 2 : Repeat rubbing motion on the opposite side of the mouth.
Step 3 : Holding the tube upright, unscrew the cap from the tube.
Step 4 : Turn the cap upside down, insert the sponge into the tube and close tightly.
Step 5 : Invert the capped tube and shake vigorously 15 times.
Step 6 : Please replace the capped tube into the cartoon box and please inform me so that we can arrange for the sample pickup from your place immediately. The Saliva Sample which is collected in our Specialized Kit is designed to keep sample stable for 90 days at room temp.
