I had a long standing back pain which arose due to incorrect sitting postures while working from home during the pandemic. Dr Ankita and her team helped me reduce the pain considerably and have oriented me with a list of floor exercises that I should do strengthen my back.

Dr Ankita is a friendly person who will patiently understand your concerns and then provide you treatment. She also holds a Master degree, which is not the case with many other physiotherapists in the vicinity.
