Doctor reached out to me after I had posted my query seeking help with my current mental issues and took time to hear me. He was the first psychiatrist in many years who explained to me why certain issues distressed me by using medical terms and increased my confidence in taking medicines for them. His manner of talking is soothing and I would say he is a good listener. I even broke down while recalling the onset of my symptoms and he was able to pacify me to continue my disclosure of how the mental disorder first began. He also asked questions about my family member's unusual behaviours and was professional throughout. This made me be honest and seek treatment by sharing more problems which I was shy to share with other mental health professionals. I would highly recommend doctor for his calm demeanour that set me at ease and jogged my memory and encouraged disclosure of issues. Doctor even went beyond medicines and alleviating my anxieties and recommended to me certain lifestyle modifications and encouraged my keeping active by running and physical activity but carefully explained that taking medicines was important to tackle symptoms and appear normal to others which will help me in my career progression and other aspects of life like relationships with family and friends. I found him to be a gem and a source of succour for me in my trying times. Mental health is a stigma in our society but Dr. Dar is chipping away at the stigma attached to mental disease one patient at a time by his enlightenment and compassion.

Unexpectedly, over concerned, friendly, considerately to the age, politely listening to the all compkaint, analysing the ongoing ailmenlments and the relative medicines used for treatment, discussing the conditions of the current medication. Peacefully, understanding my existing problem and the urgency for this emergency call in the middle of nighit. I am really grateful for suggesting how to go about the situation and the medicines to be followed for 14 days and especially suggesting how I can put myself to undisturbed sleep now for this night. He’s very calm and comforting person. I was scared that I might get pregnant with just penis rubbing on vulva without penetration and ejaculation. He explained me nicely and vividly that’s it’s not possible and I don’t need to worry. I should rather get ultrasonography because my periods were late by 12 days approximately but there’s no pregnancy and I should stay happy. I highly recommend him for he’s super sweet calm and conversation with him is pretty easy!! Go for it!
