I had reduced mouth opening. Only hardly 1 finger could go. Dr Ankur understood my problem and explained me very well and patiently. He told me what to do and what not to do. Then he gave me some medications which relaxed my muscle stiffness a lot and pain reduced more than 50-60% in first week only . And then he guided my mouth opening. Post that now I am more than 80% relieved.
