I had severe pain in my left shoulder since 8-9 months. My normal movements were also restricted. I got medications from other place but no relief. Finally came to Dr Ankur. He suggested 1 shoulder Injection ultrasound guided. After that injection my shoulder pain got improved more than 75%… I am impressed the technology and technique doctor is using. I had a fall around 5 months back and got very badly hurt in my right shoulder, thereafter I was informed I had a tear in my shoulder muscles. I had a road traffic accident on 2 nd dec 2025. after my accident I went to other doctors with no relief . Post that I was very upset . I have been struggling with pain in my both shoulder and upper arms for quite some time. Arms movement restricted and I could not move my hands backward at all due to pain. Dr Ankur Dembla at Draya Ram Hospital gave me a very clear diagnosis after examination and an ultra sound investigation. He finally decided to give me an PRP injection on June 11, 2022 first in my right shoulder and a plan of action post injection. Injection was administered quickly, efficiently and almost painlessly. The shoulder pain started receding though slowly after few days of injection. Encouraged with the results, I went for 2nd and 3rd PRP injection in my right shoulder with a gap of about one month each time between the injection. The pain and discomfort diminished exponentially and my right arm movements restored after 15 days of 3rd PRP. My left shoulder also had pain but much less as compared to the right shoulder. I discussed the issue with Dr Ankur and he suggested to take a single PRP injection. Miraculously, it worked and pain and discomfort in my left shoulder was also gone in a month time.
