My father was diagnosed as Cancer of stomach, He was diagnosed by endoscopy and biopsy at dhanbad , I was confused and very much worried but one of treated Cancer patient ,suggested me name of Dr Ajay Kumar,Cancer surgeon at Singhal hospital,piska more Ranchi . I met with my father to Dr Ajay Kumar. In fist visit he counselled me after proper examination of my father ,seeing his reports that he will be all right after treatment .we were suggested by other relatives to go to other higher centres at Mumbai, Vellore etc.But finally we decided to get operated by Dr Ajay Kumar. We got my father operated and discharge in 10 days time. we spend total cost of treatment including all expenses within one lakh . I am writing on behalf of my aunt.

I was referred to Dr. Ajay Kumar by an another Doctor, who was also a surgeon, for my aunt's breast cancer surgery. My experience was very good with him. Without wasting time he did surgery, on the same day of admission in his hospital. After 4-5 days she was discharged and the final report which came was very much satisfactory. Many people told me to take her to specialist hospitals like Tata Memorial hospital (Mumbai) or Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute. As my aunt's financial status is not so good (his husband is an auto driver), I was confused how to proceed further. Money was the big problem for them. They all were relying on my judgement because they doesn't know about cancer. All they know that it is a deadly disease. Neighbors of them were also saying that don't do surgery in Ranchi, surgery is not good in cancer, my relative condition worsened after surgery and died, consult another doctor, go out-station for treatment, etc. etc. I told my problem to Previous Doctor. He gave me the estimated cost of surgery which was around Rs.38,000/- + Rs.10,000/-(Bed and nursing charge of 5 days) His behavior was very nice and polite. Medicine which he prescribed was also not of higher rates.

When final report came and I met Dr. Ajay, he told every thing is fine and we will start some therapy which is necessary. He also assured that he will suggest and guide so that expense can be minimized.

I have been visited the doctor since 6 years ago. My grandmother was suffering from breast cancer. And I was suggest to come over to singhal hospital at ranchi basically I am from chatra tandwa and we got our grandmother treated and its have been pass more then 6 years she is now doing well and he is more healthier then when she was at first.

I got operated by surgeon dr.ajay kumar at singhal hospital after proper counciling .at first we were worid of surgery but friendly nature of doctor help us to be charm and after the surgery were more happy it just took 5 to 6 days and after the surgery we have been visited for chemotherapy 8 times 3 weekly, also at lowest cost without any obvious complications .Later Radiotherapy was advised,now she is taking one hormonal tab.Thus we are able to cure our grandmother.
