A special thanks to Shalini, who patiently explained the entire treatment process in detail. She was extremely ************** professional, and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence before starting the treatment.

My laser session lasted around 4 hours, and Prince, the technician, did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional, and never seemed to be in a rush. He made sure every area was treated carefully while keeping me comfortable throughout the session.

The clinic is equipped with *** ** *** **** laser machines, the Alma Soprano ICE Platinum, which was one of the main reasons I chose this clinic.

Overall, my first experience has been very positive. I'm now looking forward to seeing the results over the coming weeks and throughout the remaining sessions. I think if you have any skin issues you must come here once for sure. My doctor was dr Anu and she was really nice she listened all my concerns and answered everything. Explained the whole process which can make my acne spots go. This process was done by Miss. Teena and she was really sweet. She explained me the whole process of bio bright face and MDA peel and told me how to take care of my skin after this process in detailed manner.
