I visited their clinic and their is a protocol which they follow Is very good which Saves patients time. and the way Dr Shukla sir explains every minute detail is very impressive. Very much satisfied with the Doctor's behaviour as well as treatment.
I have always booked online appointments with Dr. Akhilesh Shukla. His treatments work well for my skin, and the online appointment process is smooth. He explains things well, but sometimes seems rushed and there isn***t much time to ask questions, which can leave some doubts unanswered.
The doctor is good, but the receptionist was very rude. I booked my appointment a week in advance, but the receptionist tried to charge me extra, saying it was an emergency appointment. After a long discussion, I got a normal appointment, but it wasted my time and was disappointing. Other staff members were fine.
