I recently visited Dr. Aditi Pandit for a dental issue but still have concerns about my teeth after the consultation. The doctor’s explanation, the clinic comfort, and the treatment process could be better. Overall, I was not fully satisfied with the visit.
I was disappointed with my visit. The doctor charged a consultation fee but did not see me personally, despite my repeated requests to meet her.
The doctor is really good and listens to patient problems with patience. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We should have declined the treatment right when the doctor neither treated the cavities, nor did a cleaning before starting the treatment. But it was during COVID and we didn't have much options. For 6 months this so called "dentist" did not start the lower arc saying there was too much of a deepbite and he's trying to intrude the top teeth, which made sense. But what did not make sense was that he continued saying this was 3 years. We had already paid a huge chunk of the cost and therefore could not switch doctors *** ** **** ********* ** ***** Not even 50% of the treatment was done in 3 years and now I'm having to restart the treatment. Other malpractices by the dentist:

2. Did not clean the teeth before starting the treatment
3. Did not treat the cavities for 3 years which is basic
4. Charged full payment for the brackets even when I didn't have braces on the lower arc
5. used to call in 20 patients at once and gave 5 mins to each.
