The attendant who received the call to fix the appointment was extremely harsh. The experience, although short-lived was very disappointing due to aforementioned rude attitude. While I understand my request to extend the pre-lunch closing time might have been unreasonable, the response would have been better had the attendant tried to reason a bit more politely.
