When Dr Roshan first came to treat me , I was suffering from severe knee pain and was told by the doctor to do surgery.I was unable to walk properly because of torn miniscus. But after 3/4 sessions with Dr Roshan I really felt better and after a month 's session I was quite able to trek and raft.He explained me the problem very well and really helped me a lot to regain self confidence to lead a normal life. Dr Roshan is very much focused to his job and his patient friendly approach encouraged me to overcome the knee problem quite easily. I am professional basketball player (member of Indian basket ball team 2016).

I am currently doing Rehabilitation of ACL surgery under his guidance . It's been 7 months after the operation . He always motivate me and regularly sets the rehab protocol with dosage format... It's very different kind of feel and pattern activation training. Now, my knees looks very similar (no muscle wasting ).

Dr Roshan and his team is very well aware of such conditions . He also explained me future complications of this surgery and trying to take care of those things already...

I have been running long distance for last 3 years. Since last few months, I had to stop running due to pain in my hip muscles. Did see a few doctors without much relief. Then I came across Dr. Roshan and Dr. Sonya.

They did a detailed diagnosis of my injury and came up with a personalized rehabilitation plan. After 6-7 therapy sessions, I feel much better. There is considerable reduction in my pain. Planning to start running again soon and hope it gets better.

It was really awesome experience while treated by Dr Roshan Physio sir for my Low Back Pain. His back muscle activation exercises and simulating training sessions were really helping. My pain was radiating to right thigh while lifting weight. MRI had some positive problems. But the way Roshan sir treated me and strengthen my muscle, i am feeling much better now. I had knee injury ligament tear and then it was operated on march 2015. Since from then im doing rehab under my physio Dr Roshan Adkitte sir. It was really difficult task for him to understand my knee mechanics with PCL ligament tear... may be i am only first player in india who will come back to weight lifting sports after PCL reconstruction.

He is a very good ****** *** * human being. I visited him for my neck pain in Nov 2017. He assessed my problem very patiently and calmly and told me that I am suffering from Symptomatic Cervical ptoblem. I visited his clinic 10 - 15 times for that problem and the problem is almost gone.

He is the person thats why I started cycling and completed my century ride within 3 months.

Talking about the prehab process for my injury

I was given a clear and cut information of my injury and length of recovery.

Doctor worked with me for the first 7 days, helping me with all the exercises designed to strengthen my various muscles. Then weekly exercises to do at home and check up with regular assessments and required modifications in the exercises.

The treatment included US,IFT at each visits

And also MRF for loosening muscles at required periods.

Currently i am at the pinnacle of my recovery and have been feeling alot better and currently jogging after 3 months of injury.
