Dr Jeloka is highly qualified Nephrologist with passion towards his work and very compassionate in patient care. He specializes in all forms of dilaysis especially peritoneal dialysis and transplants especially ABOi kidney transplants, which he has best experience in the city.

My Mom (Vanita Shah) having Chronic kidney disease (CKD) since past 15 years and is Hemodialysis patient for past 9 years under Dr. Jeloka sir and she is fit and fine as on date.
What to say about Dr. Jeloka sir, he is truly Godfather for us.
He is very friendly, polite, supportive, soft spoken, genuine, cooperative, knowledgeable, helpful and open minded. His Dialysis team is excellent and very supportive like him.

I am to Dr Jeloka for my son's treatment for renal dysfunction for last two years. Son was earlier treated by another very experienced Dr in Pune. I don't want to name him, but I didn't find him logical and open with the patient. His ways also been quite empirical on treatment which lag authenticity.I approached Dr Jeloka based on Practo reviews only. After, two years of follow up period, I have found that I got the right Dr for the treatment of my son. Dr Jeloka apart from being professional uses latest MIS tools and is very updated on the background of the case. He is very punctual to the clinic and hospital OPD timings. Dr Jeloka is very helpful and knowledgeable person. His way of treatment is very satisfying and proper medication on time helps cater problems with ease. I being an SLE patient suffering from CKD contacted Dr. 4 years ago. He was the only person who made my journey of pregnancy successful inspite of a hugh protein loss by recommending proper medication on time which helped me to plan my pregnancy lowering protein loss and maintaining a control of it. Today my problem is in remission and I am extremely satisfied with the correct Doctor choice of mine.

i have visited Dr Jaloka for my mother's treatement for various factors like urine and dibetic leg. Given advise to admit in ICU and helps identifying the actual problems and the cause of the disease. Appriciate good support and treatement from doctor.
