Starting with the experience in the waiting area, the two receptionists are unprofessional, they were using their phones and were not courteous enough to use headphones and had reels blasting in the area, they way they talk is very childish and there is no card payment facilities. There is clean drinking water and the waiting area is sufficient and clean. After booking an appointment via practo i still had to wait for one hour before i could meet Doctor Jha.Experience with Dr. Jha was upto the mark, good procedural delivery of service, good explanation of condition and treatment plan. Friendly nature and build rapport well.3/5 for staff4/5 for environment5/5 for Doctor.

I was suffering from the problem of intrusive thought from almost 5 years. I was unable to concentrate in my works and studies. I couldn't even do my daily activities properly. It was worsening day by day. then I consult a psychiatrist but after taking the medicines my condition became more worse. I was very frustrated and lost interest in my life. I started feeling that I will never get cured. Then I came to know about Dr. Sujit sir. He proved me wrong and completely cured me in only 2 months. He has given a new life to me. I am very thankful to him. I will highly recommend this doctor if you are suffering from any mental illness. The best thing about Sujit sir is that he listen to his patient's problem very politely and gives sufficient time to his patient.

Hello , i have booked an appointment with Dr sujit jha and my time was 3 pm so i was on the way with the patient but when i have reached half of my journey, then at 2.50 pm i called his clinic and they told me that the doctor has cancelled your appointment so i have asked them what is the reason then they said that the doctor is not in clinic tomorrow he will be able to check your patient

Sir / madam, is it a way to handle the patient i have reached half of my journey and then they are telling me that your appointment is cancelled.

The patient was my mother she is very sick and tensed ,

So please try to improve your services and lastly i am not really impressed with this kind of behaviour.

I had sleep related issues. I am very thankful to sir to have listened to my problems patiently and finally resolving all of them one by one. He prescribes minimal medicines and keeps a close track of progress of all his patients. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family.
