Dr. Rushmika Singhla is a well known Ophthalmologist/ Eye Surgeon known for her excellence work , Dedication, Professional integrity and above all human values.

I know she cares deeply and will always do the best she can for her patients, employing the best of modern technology and information.

If your issues are small, it's likely that you'll be dealt with hurriedly if it's a busy day. It's usually less busy on weekdays and super busy on weekends.

It's wayyy more organized than other eye doctors I have been to. Which is definitely a plus point

Consider going early to get more time with the doc.

First two experiences were good , third time I was there for 4 hours for a simple issue like dry eyes. And the doctor saw me for less than 5 mins. ******** ******** **** ****** **** *** *** ****** *** *****

My mother and I arrived at the hospital well ahead of her 4:50 PM appointment with Dr. Rushmika Singhla, reaching around 2:40 PM in eager anticipation. However, the reception staff redirected us to another doctor*** *********** ******* *** ************* *************** ** ******* ***** ***** *** ****. ** ******** ******** **** ********.They then insisted we wait 2-3 hours for Dr. Singhla, who was occupied in the operation theatre. Citing the scheduled slot and my mother's pressing commitments, we refused to linger* ******* ***** **** ******** ******* *** ************ ***** ***** ** ********* explaining our urgent need to leave. When we stood firm, they suggested rescheduling for tomorrow**** *** ****** ** ****** *** **** *** **** ***** ** *** ** *** *****

Well managed. Disciplined. Neat and clean environment. Well equipped. Not falling under HITPA network of service provider.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Rushmika but staff is very unprofessional and not care Patient. All everything is very good.

Everything was good except we had to wait for an hour even though we had booked for a timeslot already. The doctors were in OPD and it felt like they were not aware/careless about the waiting patients.

I am very satisfied with the way the doctor treats and listen to the problem of the patient. The clinic has the latest equipment and I believe one of the best servicess given by them in Patna.
