I had consulted the doctor and had shared my test result with him before even I could say anything he started shouting at me for getting tested. He was so loud, Insensitive and insulting. I didn’t get tested to have fun and I was already stressed he didn’t know how to greet patients and how to deal with me he made me more furious that I could not even continue to talk to him and had to pass on the call to my partner. I was literally crying after talking to him because of his behaviour. He is not at all friendly or compassionate, he could have said same things nicely but he was too rude to me, not even letting me say anything and kept on insulting me. As a doctor he should be understanding our emotions and feelings also.

I consulted Dr Ponraj to understand my mom’s treatment methodology and also to get an idea of various medical processes involved with the treatment.

Doctor was very patient and he explained everything in details and in a manner that even a layman like me could relate to so well.
