We recently shifted from Bangalore to G.Noida due to lockdown. We were initially little worried if we will be able to find a good doctor as we were quite comfortable with our last doctor in Bangalore.
But when we visited Dr. Rachna and got our pregnancy scans done, we came out really happy feeling so good that she is there and we visited her. It felt much better then our expectations.
We probably couldn’t have found such an experienced, highly educated and friendly Radiologist in Greater Noida.
Our experience and small things that made us feel good:
- There is a guard at the front who always helps everyone with their vehicle getting parked and getting out.
- There is a proper check of Corona temperature and other mandatory checks for all patients.
- All the staff sisters had PPE kit on, are very active and disciplined.
- Clinic was very clean and maintained.
- Waiting time is very less (10~15 mins) if you come at you appointment time.
- Dr. Rachna talks and explains about everything while doing the scan. She tells you what is what so you clearly understand and able to visualise your baby :)
- She listens to you and gives proper time. She is very humble and polite.
- Report is immediately prepared. Colour prints of the scans are given in the reports with baby pics.

My mother has multiple lesions on liver. Pet CT detected metastasis but FNAC test seen no malignancy. I visited the Dr Rachana for follow ups and for serial USG. I chose Dr Rachana for her experience and her attention towards the patient. During USG procedure, She took her time right from reviewing previous reports to peacefully identify the lesions. Further during procedure, she asked me to come inside to see the observations. She explained me the identified lesions. Though it is little bit costly, I got the right place what my treating Dr has asked for.

I only just want to say that ultrasound charges is rather more than expectation as u know most of villagers come to you in compulsion they will have to scan...u should take care of his prblm
Discount should be given the local villagers......
