Dr Venkatesh has taken exceptional care in treating my father in law at all times. His prescriptions and medications have given much relief to the 78-yr-old always. He is very approachable and a no-nonsense doctor. The most noteworthy quality about Dr Venkatesh is that he is very sincere about taking regular updates on his patient's condition.

I completely don't prefer this doctor for consultation. My brother in law visited him because of gallstones which were only 3mm and he suggested surgery ******* **** ******** *** *** * ****** He scared him by saying that I had a patient who was very young and lost his life because of this only. he kept insisting to go for surgery **** ***** **** *** ********** ** ****** *** **** *** ****** ********** *** ** ***** ******* *** *** ****** do not recommend this doctor

I had stone in kidney and there was hydronephrosis so he suggested surgery *** ******** ******* ** ******* ** **** ****** *** * ******** * ****.i got kidney infection-sepsis which is life threatening and he said casually--as stent was infected so u got infection.. even treatment was very painful and lot of blood and pain in penis area i underwent as compared to other people *** ******* ******* *** **** ** *** *** **** ********* ** *** **** *** **** **** ************* *** **** *** *** ** *** *********** *** ** **** **** **** ******..i wont recommend the doctor

My Short Story

I have visited for my problem before four Month and doctor gave me very good treatment with medicines now it is been four Month now i feel good and relex from my problem. Process still going on and i would recommend Dr. Ventatesh Kumar.

First thing you expect from your doctor is to hear you completely and acknowledge that he understood the issue, patient has all the rights to understand the reason and solution to the problem and not just pay and take the priscription and start taking medicines without knowing what is going on.

I asked him to atleast share what is his diagnosis, i won't say he was rude but he was not comfortable at all in giving any answer **** **** ***** ******* *** *** ** Strange.Your treatment might be good may be you understood the issue but there a need to explain it to the patient about the issues, treatment and results.you are providing services so understand the importance of customer service.

Really rude doctor first made me wait half n hour on online consultation then was in a mood to understand problem then treatment and diseases was not even explained.

Very rude and arrogant dr.

2 appointments were booked but doctor was available. when you reach there then receptionist will call the doctor. they will give hundreds reason why doctor is not available. ultimately i end up being waited for half hour and doctor was not available.

He has given proper time and explained very well to understand the situation.

He also explained the pros and cons of illness and also how it should be treated.

For a follow up treatment he doesn't meet any patient in morning...only evenings, for follow ups...inspite of explaining my problem and inability to visit him in evening his staff behaved rudely ..******* ** ******* ** ******** * ***** *** **** ** ** *********
