My physiotherapist Dr Pushpankar was recommended to me by my relative. I was operated on both my knees for replacement and it was very painful. Dr Pushpankar Singh, helped me at a time when I was in intense pain due to muscle rupture in my right arms. The doctors advised me surgery if it didn’t improve with physiotherapy. But Dr Pushpankar, helped me with exercises, IFT and ultrasonic treatment which was extremely helpful for my arms and helped me reduce my pain significantly . He explained all exercises and benefits of it and also gave tips around muscle strengthening.
