I was having a severe eye infection. I was in great pain. My appointment was at 10:00 am but I reached clinic at 9:15 am. Nurse called the doc and told about my situation. within 5 mins doctor was there. From the first dose my infection was fading and after 1 follow up my eyes were like before. Thank you doctor!

Hello! Had booked an appointment for my father, Mr. Pradeep Kumar for today afternoon (12 noon). When we reached the clinic, doctor Amrit was not available. The receptionist checked with him and he said another person, Dr. Rahul would see us. We asked the receptionist for basic information on the credentials of Dr. Rahul (education/experience etc) to decide whether we wanted to consult him. However, that information was not available. In any case, the receptionist told us Dr. Rahul is also not at the clinic and will not be coming today. We wasted a lot of time and energy. My father is over 70 years old. I do not expect such unprofessionalism from doctors. If the doctor was not available, we could have been informed before hand, it would have saved us a lot of trouble especially in Corona times.
