Dr Agarwals Susheel Eye Care Hospital is not good in Nashik

My father had cataract surgery for both eyes on 4th May and 6th May under Dr. Sharad Patil’s guidance. Before surgery, we received daily follow-up calls for about 15 days, pressing us to fix dates. We were then assigned a “personal assistant” who very well communicated with us for queries before and till the date of surgery. After Surgery when we tried calling personal assistant but our calls were not answered. After surgery, my dad was prescribed multiple eye drops and medicines that were changed at nearly every visit. 8 days post-operation, he developed severe redness, pain, and irritation. ******* ******* ************ ************ *** *** ****** ****** ** **** ********** **** **** ** *** ***** ***** ** *** ********** After insisting 2-3 times, we got less than a minute with Dr. Sharad Patil, who did not explain the cause of the ongoing redness and irritation. On 23rd June it became an emergency — my father couldn’t open his eyes. We called from morning requesting an urgent appointment, citing that he was operated here, but calls were transferred between receptions all day. At 7pm we were told no doctor was available that day.
