we have booked 11.30 am time slot. But Doctor taken appointment by 1.15 pm, eventhough there was no rush. This delay either to be avoided or to be advised properly the patient. Being patient do not expect people are coming without any work. Cleaniness:It is for customers/patients only,Staff can wear shoes or chappels and the dusty impression you can easily visible. But customers to use the same path, which staff dirtied.

We were fully satisfied with the doctor who was patient enough to all our doubts and queries, however, the reception staff was hideously impolite. To name, Mr. Dayanand and one other guy who made file and bills using wrong names and argued when we demanded correction. They were testing patience of the already distressed patients and wasting time uselessly. Also to add, both didn't have the basic courtesy of addressing a lady.

He is focused on whatever he is saying. A straight forward attitude makes it clear for patients on what to do and what not to do. A simple explanation makes our doubts clarity.
