The doctors’ service is good and satisfactory. However, the staff’s service needs improvement. The staff can be quite rude and often does not provide adequate information regarding waiting times, appointment rescheduling, the next available appointment date, or the doctor’s schedule and availability.

Moreover, the appointment was rescheduled for morning session without consent, even though I had clearly explained multiple times that I required an evening appointment due to my busy schedule. I would appreciate better communication, professional behaviour, and confirmation from the patient before making changes to an appointment specially regarding time .
