I have been suffering from neck pain, shoulder pain , neck and shoulder stiffness for more than 4 months now. Doctors call it muscle spasm. Stiffness and pain forced me to take a long leave from office. It was due to posture and every IT engg had to face such postural problem like me. My life was disturbed as I was always in pain. It was so unbearable that I had consulted several doctors / physiotherapists and orthopaedics who all had suggested ways to "manage" pain. No one was really cared how to get rid of pain completely.
more..I am working in software industry and my job expects long hrs sitting . Cause of that I was suffering from coccydynia / lower back pain since June 2016 . I have visited many orthopaedics / spine surgeon in Pune / Hyderabad but no improvement at all with all medication , physiotherapy. I heard about Dr. Pardeshi from my uncle (Dr. Sali ) and he suggested me to visit him and you will be fine . I came from hyderabad Pune for back pain treatment and then visited few orthopaedics for my back pain but no improvement as I can't sit more than 15 mins which was impacting my life badly . Finally , I decided to see Dr. Pardeshi and within 3-4 sittings I got *** improvement and I am happily able to enjoy my life . Need to complete couple of visits in few weeks and I am confident that I will be 100% pain free . Thanks a lot Dr. Pardeshi for making me enjoy my life painfree :)
