I had visited this Dr. Pushkar Lele for throat infection. I paid ₹600 to the receptionist as a consultation fees. While check up he kept some distance from me. His staff didn’t allow me to speak. Dr. didn’t ask me any questions about my illness nor he advised any health tips. He was showing as he is very busy. He took only 30 seconds for my check and prescribed me some medicine. I had taken those medicine for 10 days. But didn’t give me any relief. When I visited his clinic for follow up, the receptionist asked me to pay ₹400. I told her I have come for a follow up and if Dr. ask me to pay, I will pay. The receptionist conveyed my message to Dr. but he refused to see me. It was very unprofessional behaviour of Dr. I left my file there and went to see some other Dr. Be careful !

The doctor lele sir and sakina madam both were very friendly and I was fully satisfied with the treatment but
The reception staff has not good behaviour, they has no basic etiquette. They did not speak politely with patients and with little child also.
Please tell them to not behave like that.
