I Met with an accident 2 Year ago dislocated both legs from hip side went under surgery for left hip bone side. I was on 45 days

Bed rest bcoz I couldn't walk or even stand. After that incident my both legs where very slim with no fats and no strength they were very weak and being a 6 feet 3 inch guy and I had a lot of weight it took me a year to walk normally I was suggested a physiotherapy but I ignored it went for 2 days thought I'll do it home. I didn't do it. It been now 2 years since the accident I have a lower back pain since 10months I went to the see my doctor he said to do a xray and after that he said it's normal and gave me some tablets it didn't solve my problem. Still had a lot of pain no improvement. One day I thought of seeing a physiotherapist on practo was just going through the doctor and I use it for my dad his doctor suggested the app. I saw doctor Tushar on top for physiotherapy in nashik with top rating and then I started reading comments. And then I got in more back pain and I thought I'll give it a try then I went to doctor tushar he was very nice understanding, good listener, explained me everything and he taught me every small small details like how to get up from my bed how to sit in the car how to get out from a car how to walk how to stand and just within 10 days I had a painless body I have no pain I am normal now I feel like I I didn't had any back pain. He is worth every penny he does everything by himself I suggest everyone to come and visit him and you will definitely get a painless body when your therapy ends and here I am writing my own review now I feel why people write reviews because it's needed for everyone because no one knows how the doctor is stories like us and like other people who also wrote and their gave personal opinion and reviews people like you who are reading this review gives them hope that he will take care of your body and definitely he will take care so I suggest everyone go and visit him blindly trust in and leave it to him and give your everything thank you doctor and thank you Practo

Back pain was quite a regular issue for me but never gave a serious thought about it until it aggravated after a jerk in lower back. And eventually landed in Ortho clinic who gave painkillers with some instructions and restrictions.

However mind still had lot many queries mainly with regard to issues related to back pain which I could face in long run and then I visited Dr Dhatrak who not only explained the possible reasons for regular back pain but also gave tips related to care about lower back pain during my first consultation. Thereafter i took physiotherapy sessions for a week at his clinic and I could feel the results within 24 hours. His main focus is to increase your inner strength which I guess is most important thing in long run... 👍

This was my second treatment this time for knee pain and earlier for neck and shoulder problem, it's a complete satisfaction.

Earlier whenever I suffered any kind of pain it reminds me for tablets (pain relievers ) now the pain reminds me to exercise.

It's made very easy by Dr Dhatrak, very simple exercises and complete satisfaction.

Now I am getting rid of my old ailments and feeling rejuvenated.
