Dr Sanjay Vekhande who's a renowned Neurosurgeon at Nashik & presently empanelled in Apollo Hospitals, Nashik has displayed an attitude of sheer arrogance making derogatory remarks on a emotionally distressed patient. He operated me post accidental brain injury four years ago in a different hospital & never recommended a follow up. When I approached him after four years at Apollo Hospital, Nashik, he advised me MRI brain screening. I just requested a minimal discount as my mother had passed away recently & my family incurred huge medical expenses. The doctor instead sarcastically passed over a derogatory remark asking me to keep drinking & enjoying the life if I can't pay for the MRI test fees as quoted by Hospital. He deliberately mentioned about my past alcoholism instigating an altercation many a times during my couple of visits at the Hospital.
