I felt Surabhi hospital is bit more un organised, the receptionist i have met she is totally un trained,no priority for first come first serve, and your practo name they didn't hear even !! I was wondered, lab people also not felt responsible, they don't register anything properly, my suggestion is the doctor is priceless but need proper training for the staff , hope you guys understand and do needful.
